Creative Alliance screens a dozen home-grown film shorts at The Patterson, showcasing the best local moving-picture talent as determined by Abbie Algar of the AFI Silver Theater and Cultural Center in Silver Spring, entrepreneur and political man-about-town Dave Troy and Matt Porterfield, the film maker, who selected the entries based on technical excellence, originality and Baltimore flavor.
