Cirque Du Soleil’s enchanted-forest-themed show is kind of like slug sex—go ahead, look it up. It’s this beautiful, luminous, suspended contortionist ritual—the only time, really, that slugs are pretty. With elaborately costumed acrobats, dancers, and daredevils, the famed Canadian circus—which, by the way, does not use animals, so your conscience can rest easy—creates a similarly awe-inspiring phenomena, making bugs less gross than extraordinary, but still freaky.
