It’s expensive and dangerous to be poor. Without the cash needed to make bail, people can get swept up into the legal system and languish in jail for days, months, or even years without getting to trial. Learn some of these people’s faces and names at this exhibition of David Y. Lee’s photos. Experts from the Pretrial Justice Institute and OSI-Baltimore’s Criminal and Juvenile Justice program will speak about working to end this imbalance of power.
