June 23

7 p.m., Carl J. Murphy Fine Arts Center, 2201 Argonne Drive, (443) 885-4440,, free.

Hear poet and City Paper contributor Tariq Touré, senior fellow at The Center for Social Inclusion Deepa Iyer (pictured), Muslim Chaplain at the University of Pennsylvania Kameelah Rashad, and more speak about ways to stop the hate. There will be food, provided by Cazbar, to conclude the Ramadan fast.
