Monday: GhostFood + Panel

Nov. 2

6-9 p.m., panel discussion 7 p.m., Johns Hopkins University, 3400 N. Charles St., (410) 756-0397,, free.

It was only a matter of time before the Contemporary, a nomadic museum, joined the food-truck game. Its new project GhostFood, developed by artist Miriam Simun and produced in collaboration with the Program in Museums and Society at JHU, premiered two weeks ago when a food truck served us flavorless edibles while we were fitted with illusionary-flavor-inducing headsets. If you thought your Halloween Whopper was questionable, try GhostFood’s “cod.”
