Murder Ink: 5 murders this week, 326 murders this year

Murder Ink: five homicides, a dozen nonfatal shooting incidents—a light week in Baltimore.

A relatively slow week for homicides followed last week's bloodbath. There were 12 nonfatal shootings reported, and police announced 16 gun seizures and arrests this week as well. In every case the person charged was legally prohibited from possessing a gun because of a previous criminal conviction.
