Murder Ink: 4 murders this week; 62 murders this year

Four homicides last week, three victims not named.

The city's homicide rate continues to outpace last year's as the anniversary of Freddie Gray's death approaches. That event marked the beginning of a surge in violent crime, especially murder. There were also 10 non-fatal shootings reported last week, and police seized 22 firearms from 17 individuals. A dead man was found floating in Baltimore Harbor as well. Police said his body displayed "no signs of trauma."
