James Kraft If you've been watching #TheWireMarathon, perhaps season two, which opens with the discovery of 13 dead women in a shipping container, reminded you that human trafficking is an ongoing concern in Baltimore, due to its tourist attractions and its position along the I-95 corridor. We're not sure if Councilman Kraft (1st District) is "Wire"-addicted or not, but he proposed a timely bill that would require local hotels to train staff on how to identify signs of forced prostitution. McNulty would be proud.
