BPD ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿On Sunday, The Sun published the results of a six- month investigation that found the city had settled more than 100 cases of alleged police brutality and civil-rights violations against Baltimore Police in the last four years, costing city taxpayers more than $11 million in payouts and legal fees since January 2011. And today, City Paper publishes the results of its own investigation (page 20), detailing the alleged misdeeds in 11 cases of police misconduct, proving the recent high-profile videotaped beating of Kollin Truss was just the tip of the iceberg.
