If you’re a carnivore, there’s really no better way to get your fix than the barbecue truck the Smoking Swine. Swine’s pit master, L. Drew Pumphrey, has been smoking meat in Baltimore for six years. His truck serves up three types of ribs, two types of pulled pork, and a Texas-style brisket—not to mention the homemade baked beans side. The menu changes daily, so you have to check online or roll up to the truck and see what Pumphrey has chosen for the day. There’s no skimping at the Swine truck; we literally can’t walk after chowing down one of his orders for lunch.
