Best Chutzpah: Sheila Dixon

Make no mistake, a good part of our city loooooves Sheila Dixon. That’s how she was able to come in second in the race to become the Democrats’ nominee for mayor of the city, despite exiting office in shame back in 2010. Addressing reporters and supporters as this year’s primary results came in, Dixon said she wasn’t going anywhere. Turns out, she might have been referring to her campaign’s short-lived efforts to challenge the close race (Dixon never officially challenged the results, although she did voice concerns about voter irregularities). Nevertheless, we’re pretty sure we haven’t seen the last of her yet.
