Best Renaissance Man: Antonio Hernandez

From Baltimore club music to rowdy DIY parties to a thriving arts scene, Baltimore is rich with cultural contributions and Antonio Hernandez has brilliantly utilized his many talents to celebrate and document them for the world to see. Through his creative hub Electric Llama, Hernandez produces Garnish, an enlightening series of mini-documentaries exploring local dance parties and artist collectives throughout Baltimore and D.C. Under the Vicunyah moniker, Hernandez produces club-ready Baile tunes and curates Freakquency, an innovative dance party series held at The Crown. As a documentarian, DJ, producer, and photographer, Hernandez has become an inspired storyteller for our local talent and their unique creative endeavors.
