Baltimore isn’t really a barbecue town. Ask anyone who’s lived in the South and they’ll shake their heads ruefully and complain about the city’s lack of good “Q.” We kind of felt that way too, truth be told, until we got to Harborque. Their homemade pulled pork sandwich is so tangy it feels like we’re in South Carolina. The meat is tender enough to almost disappear in your mouth. We stopped in several times and the results were consistent: The meat was never dry and always spicy enough to stand on its own without sauce.
