Best Margarita on Tap

After a gorgeous renovation, the old Shuckers in Fells Point is now Barcocina, an industrially rustic space with wonderful views of the harbor from its floor-to-ceiling glass garage doors. The huge bar in the center hides a house-made margarita tap consisting of Avion tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and house-made sour mix. Order on the rocks, cuz that bad boy is strong and perfect: tart with strong citrus notes, a robust tequila hit, and just a hint of sweet. Salt or no is your call, but stick with the guacamole once you start feeling the ‘quila—it’s the best thing on the menu.
