Bottega is a restaurant for people who love to eat. No, we’re not talking about people who like to stuff their maws at all-you-can-eat buffets; we’re talking about the kind of person who likes to take his or her time and savor every bite of a well-prepared meal. Bottega caters to the gourmand with a short but focused menu featuring seasonal veggies and meats prepared in classical Tuscan recipes. If you’re a fan of rustic recipes featuring duck, rabbit, or pork cheeks, then this is the restaurant for you. If you’ve never tried such items, then this is the place to start. Bottega creates food that is mind-blowingly good in its simplicity and execution. Before you try to go there be sure to make a reservation (it only seats 15) and if you want to drink booze then bring your favorite drink with you because they are BYOB.
