Best Farm-to-Table Restaurant

In an era where some restaurants are trying to cash in on the term “farm-to-table,” Maggie’s Farm is showing them all how it’s done properly. Not only does it use locally sourced vegetables and meats from farms around the Baltimore area, it knows what to do with them. The point of farm-to-table is to celebrate the bounty in your backyard while treating it with respect, and Maggie’s Farm does both splendidly. Its creative menus feature items such as the fried-oyster steamed bun and farm egg cocotte, but if they weren’t cooked properly none of it would matter, and that’s where Maggie’s Farm gets it right.
