Best Dim Sum

Zhongshan may not be the only dim sum in town, but it might as well be. Located in the heart of what used to be Baltimore’s Chinatown, this large family-owned place does Chinese small plates. We often get the lotus paste buns, short ribs with pepper sauce, steamed beef honeycomb, and other delectable dishes to go, because we need to get home to watch some TV show or another. But it’s even better in the restaurant, where, when you decide you really just have to have another order of chicken feet, you don’t even have to use yours.
