Green and red chile sauce—Christmas as they have it—is the perfect brunch condiment, because it tastes perfect both with coffee and a spicy bloody mary. Add eggs, potatoes, chorizo, and tortilla and it’s the perfect cure for your hangover, kick-starter of your lazy day, and manna from fucking heaven. Other folks are fans of the hopi cakes or even something more traditional like French toast. But why would you get French toast when you can get that burrito, or the huevos rancheros, or anything with green chile (order an extra side of it)? And speaking of the bloody marys, buy a carafe. Or get the mimosa (they call it a diomosa), which might just be the best in town in town, thanks to the secret ingredient of Old Crow bourbon in addition to the traditional champagne and orange juice.
