Best Beer

Union Craft Brewing, 1700 Union Ave.,

Anthem is our summer jam. When we did the Beer Issue last year, erstwhile copy editor Jenn Ladd convinced us that Boh was evil. We’d long known that it wasn’t made in Baltimore anymore, but, you know . . . So, it was autumn and all and we started drinking more craft beer. Then summer came and, well, fuck that heavy shit. Then Union released this heavenly nectar. They describe it as a Cream Ale, but don’t let that fool you. It is like a Boh, but waaaay better—a classic, summertime American beer that sticks in your mind like a great summer song.
