Alic, an up-and-coming mixed martial arts phenom, is a well-rounded master of Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and boxing. He's won all four of his amateur fights by using submission holds and holds two championship amateur titles. In October, at 23, he will enter the octagon for the first time as a professional. Alic got his start as a wrestler at Towson High School and has been in the mixed-martial-arts game for the last five years. These days, he trains in the gym six days a week, four hours a day. Like the best fight psychos, he's a mild-mannered young man in conversation, but when the octagon door is slammed shut, it is nothing but a flurry of head kicks, fast combinations, and opponents getting twisted into shapes resembling modern art.
