Happening Sunday: Sowebo Arts and Music Festival, All Time Low, and more

-Sowebo Arts and Music Festival: During this season of neighborhood festivals and block parties, we most look forward to all-day live music, art, and food surrounding Hollins Market. The festival features a salon-style art exhibition, food and craft vendors, performances by the Black Cherry Puppet Theater, and nonstop live music from TT The Artist, Blaqstarr, Faded Mob, Sister Ex, Bumpin Uglies, Fractal Cat, and dozens more across four stages. Noon-8 p.m., 1100 block Hollins St., soweboarts.org, free. (Maura Callahan)

-From the Short List: Local duo Wume holds a release party for its new album at the Metro Gallery with Chiffon and Oh Hang. Post Reason, Common Thief, In Courage, and Sharptooth play at Charm City Art Space. The Windup Space hosts the Matinee Masquerade early this afternoon with Jypsy Jeyfree, Chrissy Vasquez, DJ Genie, and more. Oakland progressive-metal band Neurosis headlines the last night of Maryland Deathfest at the outdoor Edison Lot stages, while Tokyo’s Melt-Banana plays Baltimore Soundstage and Canadian black-metal band Thantifaxath performs at Rams Head Live. The Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestra performs at the Meyerhoff. Don’t miss: Towson pop-punk quartet All Time Low, which recently hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with its album "Future Hearts," comes back home to headline Pier Six Pavilion.
