The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Community Center of Baltimore and Central Maryland (GLCCB) and several other LGBT organizations in the city will hold a candlelight vigil for the victims of the mass shooting in a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida.
Fifty people were killed and 53 more were injured by a lone gunman who entered the Pulse nightclub and opened fire, according to the latest news reports.
The vigil will be at 7 p.m. Monday, at the Ynot Lot in Station North (4 W. North Ave.)
Earlier this morning, the GLCCB posted on its Facebook page: "Our hearts are with the LGBT community of Orlando today. Today, squeeze someone you love's hand a little tighter. #endhate"
