BmoreArt will have a print journal in November

BmoreArt, the arts site with criticism, reported pieces, and calendar listings founded by erstwhile CP contributor Cara Ober, will have a print journal in November, according to a press release.

A variety of contributors and artists were posed the following questions: "What does it mean to be an artist in Baltimore today? How does art define a place? How is the relationship between place and production realized?"

Called the "BmoreArt Journal of Art + Ideas," the 64-page, full-color issue will explore "Baltimore as a fertile ground to live and work," according to the release.

The print periodical will be on sale on BmoreArt's site and at "local book and art sellers, festivals and fairs, and museum gift shops." The Robert W. Deutsch Foundation is sponsoring the journal.
