Al Rogers Jr. releases video for 'waitin (alldamnday)'

"Luvadocious," Al Rogers Jr.'s collaborative album with producer Drew Scott, was one of our favorite releases from last year.

As Managing Editor Anna Walsh wrote in her blurb for our year-end albums list, which ranked it third, the album's "ambitions should catch the attention of plenty of people outside the city too." That prediction already came true: Impose Magazine ranked it fourth.

Well here we are in 2016, and the first video from "Luvadocious" is here, for lead single 'waitin (alldamnday).' The song's all about, well, Rogers waiting all damn day for his lady for get home. And the video, shot mostly in first person, shows Rogers' perspective as he goes about his day, plays a show at The Crown, and finally meets up with his squeeze. Watch it below.
