The Mobtown Ballroom can now serve booze, making it easier for people to dance (or think they can)

Mobtown Ballroom's practitioners of swing and the Lindy Hop will now be able to work on their dance moves with the aid of sweet, sweet booze -- the centuries-old elixir that has often convinced users they have the ability to move about a dance floor in a competent fashion.

The popular Pigtown hall was awarded "conditional use as a tavern with live entertainment and dancing" by the Board of Zoning and Appeals, according to a post on Mobtown's site, something they've been working toward since opening in 2011.
