Hogan has tough odds to beat

Last week Michael Dresser writing for the Baltimore Sun had a story on advice to Democratic Lt. Gov. Anthony G. Brown and Republican Larry Hogan in their respective quests to become the next governor of Maryland. The content was pretty much what one might expect. Given the registration advantage by party for Brown, the race is his to lose. Hogan has only a small chance of winning. Brown will be able to outspend Hogan by millions of dollars. Based on past history that all makes sense, but I've been observing Hogan on the campaign trail, such as at parades and other events, and his social media efforts.
