Franklin

Franklin was found tied to a pole. He had been left there all day. Despite that harsh treatment, this one-year-old pit mix is super friendly. According to the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS), Franklin is a playful boy, who loves chase a ball or even his own tail. He also likes taking walks and looks to people for guidance, which BARCS believes will make him easy to train. For more information on Franklin or other animals for adoption visit baltimoreanimalshelter.org or call (410) 396-4695.
