The next high tides at Annapolis are at 6:29 AM early Wednesday morning and 7:10 PM Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Through Wednesday morning...water is expected to come up through storm drains, approaching businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. Water is expected to approach the Maritime Museum and begin to cover Bowyer Road at the Naval Academy. Shoreline inundation up to one foot above ground is likely in other low lying areas. There is the potential for moderate flooding to persist through the Wednesday afternoon and evening tide cycle. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Coastal Flood Watch means that conditions favorable for flooding are expected to develop. Coastal residents should be alert for later statements or warnings, and take action to protect property.

Southern Baltimore- 944 PM EDT Tue Sep 25 2018 ...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT WEDNESDAY... * LOCATIONS...Shoreline in Southern Baltimore County and the city of Baltimore. * TIDAL DEPARTURE...Around 1.5 to 2 feet above normal. * TIMING...Around the time of high tide. The next high tides at Fort McHenry will be at 8:00 am Wednesday morning and 8:37 PM Wednesday evening. The next high tides at Bowley Bar will be at 9:10 AM Wednesday morning and 9:47 PM Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Flooding is expected at the end of Thames Street in Baltimore. Water also is expected to cover the promenade at the dragon boat dock in the Inner Harbor. Minor flooding is also expected in the Bowley's Quarters area, and minor shoreline inundation up to one foot above ground is possible elsewhere.
