A teacher at Warner Christian Academy may have molested children during an on-campus summer camp sleepover, according to South Daytona Beach police.

Matthew Graziotti, who was arrested in mid-July and charged with possession, distribution and production of child pornography, served as director of the private school’s summer camp, records show.

“I can confirm that the South Daytona Police Department is investigating one or more victims of lewd and lascivious molestation cases on campus of Warner Christian’s summer camp,” Lt. Dan Dietrich said in a written statement Thursday.

Details of the renewed investigation focusing on children at the summer camp have not been released.

Graziotti remains held without bail as a federal inmate in the Seminole County Jail.

The former youth pastor and fifth-grade teacher was arrested July 14 after FBI agents searched his Edgewater home and found thousands of child pornography photos on his laptop, according to a criminal complaint filed in Orlando federal court.

The laptop contained 8,761 photos of sexual abuse of boys in numerous files, including a folder named, “Personally Known.” The file contained 41 sub-folders, each labeled with a boy’s name, records show.

Agents found photos in one of the sub-folders that showed Graziotti sexually abusing a boy in 2012 in his Edgewater home’s living room. Other photos showed a nude boy asleep on Graziotti’s couch, records show.

Warner Christian Academy announced on the day of Graziotti’s arrest that he had been suspended without pay.
