BCPR O'Malley

<h2>O'Malley</h2>
The governor has made no secret of his presidential ambitions, but a recent Gallup poll indicated that, despite a slew of appearances on national TV, just 16 percent of Americans are familiar with O'Malley (compared with 91 percent for Hilary Clinton) and 7 percent have a favorable opinion (55 percent for Clinton). But with just six months left in his term, the governor is still having a lasting effect on his state: This week, Maryland became just the third state to cover transition-related expenses for transgender state employees. No doubt the people this helps will remember O'Malley's name.
