The Baltimore-based retailer had a 34-percent sales increase in the second quarter and was ranked among the 10 fastest-growing retailers in the country by the National Retail Federation. Also, the company's new ad campaign, featuring American Ballet Theatre soloist Misty Copeland reading her rejection letters over a fierce (and revealing) performance, went viral and marked a major expansion into the womens' apparel market, which should scare the yoga pants off Lululemon.
