"THE REZ is a band that defies the boundaries of one-word genres and non-descript labels. Taking elements of rock, folk, reggae and funk, with some psychedelic influence, The Rez weaves these styles into a soundscape of authentic, original music that feeds the mind and stimulates the soul. Formed in the summer of 2006, the band recognized its immediate chemistry, writing eight songs in their first three rehearsals. Since then, they’ve been hard at work, perfecting their diverse sound and spreading their music to a wide audience. Harrison’s refreshingly unique and soulful approach to guitar and vocals complement Marc’s uninhibited style and instinctive melodies.
