Brilliant cut! Dr. Manning actually runs a religious based elementary school a high school and received his Ph.D. from the institution that he founded. His message really is not so mystifying though. Dr. Manning claims that "Obama's Mama is white trash because she had him out of wedlock with a low class African from Kenya. Xenophobia and deep self loathing yet the good Blacks of Harlem trust him with their children.
