The Goucher Chamber Symphony, under the direction of Assistant Professor Elisa Koehler, will present a program featuring Goucher senior Ali Dagger in Antonio Vivaldi's Flute Concerto in D Major and the premiere of a work by Goucher composition student Rob DeVet.
