It's spring, regardless of what the Weather Channel says, and in spring a young person's fancy turns to drinking beer in Fells Point. During the daylight hours. With music playing. Well boy-oh-boy, are you in luck. Saturday is the 11th annual City Paper Brew Fest, featuring (at last count) over 40 brews and four hours of drinking pleasure for $25 ($20 in advance). It happens rain or shine, and proceeds go to the Fells Point Preservation Society. With prizes.—Chris Landers
