Dec. 2: Perverted and Pervertable Holiday Craft Time

Glitter has two primary but typically very separate uses: wholesome holiday craftmaking and sexy stuff. But why can't those things be one and the same? After all, you still need to come up with a gift, or at least a card for your beau, or beau-to-be, or fuckbuddy. So grab your glue and lube and craft a stocking stuffer (See what I did there? It's a sex thing. Like, the stocking is an orifice. And you stuff it. It's like that.). As a seasonal addition to Hampden sex shop Sugar's series of workshops (others include twerking lessons, cunnilingus classes, consent workshops, and the like), City Paper contributor Karen Peltier will show you how to make sexy cards, ornaments, and toys for that special someone—or maybe just your grandmother, who has a delightfully filthy sense of humor. The workshop is free, but do browse Sugar's wares while you're there—10 percent of sales will go to Moveable Feast. And if you still haven't found the right gift, come back on Dec. 6 at 6:30 p.m.—shop owner and sex educator Jacq Jones is offering a "Sexy Gift Guide" event for $5 to help you shop "like a telepathic sex wizard." 5-9 p.m., Sugar, 1001 W. 36th St., (410) 467-2632, sugartheshop.com, free.
