Baltimore/ Washington One Caribbean Carnival At Lake Clifton Park

Hundreds of dancers, "Mas" bands, performers, DJs and spectators turned up at the annual Baltimore/ Washington One Caribbean Carnival At Lake Clifton Park. The organizers of the two day event estimated that about 35,000 attended the 2017 carnival and parade.
