For advertising artwork: We prefer ads saved as Adobe .pdf files (Download mechanical requirements and step-by-step instructions for converting your ads.).*

For editorial artwork: Send original file in raw Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand or other form.

*If sending a pdf file is not possible, please make sure the file, fonts and graphics, along with a printout or jpeg of the ad for proofing purposes, is included. Compress the files using Stuffit or WinZip.

Macintosh users only:
Download this archive file, extract its contents, and place the CP Acrobat Distiller.ppd printer description file in your system folder --> extensions --> printer descriptions. You should be able to use this description file from inside your application to build a postscript file to be distilled. Then, place the CP.joboptions file in Acrobat Distiller's settings folder. When using distiller, "CP" will be available in your job options pop-up window.
